Training

General training

Courses in a range of OHS-related topics are available each semester. An outline of the courses we offer can be found on our Available courses webpage. For scheduled courses, including dates and costs, refer to the Training Schedule (pdf, 218kb).

Participants must complete a Training Enrolment Form (pdf,22kb) to register for these courses. Please complete all sections of the Training Enrolment Form, particularly the cost centre codes (if a course fee or cancellation fee applies).

Forms must be signed and returned to the Risk, Health and Safety Department as soon as possible to ensure sufficient enrolments are received to enable the course to proceed.

Sessions may be cancelled if enrolment numbers are insufficient.

Online training

Some of the general training courses are available online, for those who are unable to attend a face-to-face session.

Tailored training

We can tailor specific training programs for your staff, or to meet a particular requirement. Contact us to discuss your training needs so we can work with you to meet your training goals.

Human Resource training

Human Resources provide a range of training courses for staff, including recruitment, Performance Review and Development Program (PRDP) and preparing job applications. Further details are available from the Human Resources training webpage.
