Using FedUni's content management system (CMS)
All staff must undertake this introductory session prior to being able to create, edit and manage content on the FedUni website.
Held: The second Friday of every second month. ie February, April, June, August, October, December - Subject to sufficient registrations

Staff who have completed this training before but need refresher training or specific assistance for their area are encouraged to make use of the web assistance sessions below.
Web assistance sessions
Held: The fourth Friday of each month by appointment
Location: IT Training Room, Level 1 Library, Mt Helen Campus
Time: 9.00 am to 12 noon
For: Staff who have already been trained in the use of the CMS
Bookings are essential. Please send an email to email@example.com and include the time you would like to attend. We'll contact you to confirm the time allocated to you.
A member of the Web Team is available to:
- provide refresher training
- answer questions
- advise on
- how to improve your website
- technical matters
- content matters
- writing for the web
- reviewing your content
- allow you time and space to work on your area's website.
If you cannot attend a Mt Helen Campus session submit a request through the Service Desk Portal and we can provide support using 'Skype for Business' desktop sharing.
