Training sessions
Using Federation University's content management system (CMS)
All staff must undertake an introductory session prior to being able to create, edit and manage content on the corporate website.
Training sessions are now run via FedFlix, with a ServiceNow request required to have access set up. This would preferably by logged by your website content coordinator or manager on your behalf to ensure that it has been approved.
Staff who have completed training previously but need refresher training or specific assistance for their area are encouraged to make use of the training resources section of this web area.
