2023 Professional Development Catalogue

The Professional Development Catalogue provides continuing and fixed-term staff with a range of opportunities across six main categories that support three key capability areas.

The offerings enable us to continue shaping an adaptive, inclusive and mentally healthy workforce linked to strategic capabilities that are underpinned by our Living Values and their associated behaviours.

In line with your Performance Review Development Program (PRDP) objectives and development plans, you are encouraged to review the catalogue and to discuss with your line manager the programs that align with your development requirements..

Program availability

You can ‘sign up’ for a program by selecting the Access ELMO to review upcoming dates and to ‘Sign Up’ link provided on each program page.

Current opportunities

  • There is no cost for participants to attend (please ensure your supervisor has approved your training request and time release prior to enrolling).
  • Places are limited. If sessions are at capacity, sign up to be added to the waitlist should any spaces become available.
  • Upcoming sessions will be advertised on FedNews and Fed Engage.

You will be requested to provide quality and timely feedback on the delivery, structure, benefits and key actions for programs you attend. This information allows us to continue supporting your learning experiences and informs decisions on future program delivery
