As with all industries, the tertiary education sector has a number of governing bodies and agencies dedicated to providing guidance and support through establishment of standards and regulating quality assurance. In addition to the educational frameworks and tools to guide holistic and inclusive program planning, and the accreditation process to ensure relevance to industry, these tools ensure the respectability and quality within the products and services the sector deliver.
