Salary packaging

In order to be eligible to salary package staff must hold a continuing employment contract or fixed-term contract of greater than 12 months, and which the employment contract is equal to or greater than the lease term.

Staff are reminded that they should seek independent financial advice before committing large amounts of their pay to salary sacrificing arrangements.

  • Car parking, Staff Club, superannuation and HSA membership – salary packaging arrangements are undertaken 'in-house' through Payroll.
  • Motor vehicles – these complex arrangements are undertaken by our salary packaging provider, Lease Plan.  For further information, please see below.

Fees are involved when entering into salary packaging arrangements and specific forms and agreements must be completed. These are available below or by contacting Payroll.
