Using FedUni's content management system (CMS)
Held: The second Friday of every month
All staff must undertake training in the use of the CMS prior to being able to create, edit and manage content on the FedUni website.
Held: The fourth Friday of each month
Location: IT Training Room, Level 1 Library, Mt Helen Campus
Time: 9.00 am to 12 noon.
Web and social media drop-in
Held: The second Tuesday of each month
Location: Library Skills 2, Ground floor Library, Mt Helen Campus
Time: 12 noon - 5.00 pm
No need to book - Just 'drop in' at a time that suits you.
A member of the Web Team is available to:
- provide refresher training
- answer questions
- advise on
- technical matters
- content matters
- writing for the web
- reviewing your content
- allow you time and space to work on your area's website.
Staff who cannot attend a Mt Helen Campus session are welcome to submit a request through the Service Desk Portal and we can provide support using Lync desktop sharing.
