Sybil completed a Masters of Counselling from Bond University whilst managing the Counselling Clinic at the School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She relocated to the Wimmera in 2008, working within a primary/community health care setting to deliver counselling services to rural communities. Her recent work history has included AOD service delivery and reform agendas. Sybil specialises in behavioural therapy and incorporates problem solving, psycho-education and biofeedback to deliver a tailored approach that ensures person-centred care.  Sybil is an Instructor in Mental Health First Aid, and has a specialised interest in suicide prevention.  She has recently completed credentialing to be a culturally competent Disaster Mental Health Counsellor, with a focus on complex trauma and transgenerational resilience.
