Student ambassadors

Student ambassadors

Are you enthusiastic about your Federation University Australia experiences? We’re looking to recruit current FedUni students to carry out the role of student ambassador.

FedUni student ambassadors are required to represent their university and share their experiences and advice with secondary school students, school leavers, mature age students, parents and teachers. As an ambassador, you would provide advice from a student-central viewpoint talking about your experiences:

  • Campus tours/Amazing races
  • Public speaking
  • School visits
  • Q&A panels
  • Information sessions
  • Career expos
  • Tertiary Information Service (TIS) events (careers roadshows)
  • On-campus events (e.g. Open and Info Days)

There are great rewards for taking part, including payment, training sessions and formal recognition to add to your resume. Being a FedUni student ambassador is great fun and provides work experience too. The information and advice you provide can really help to break down barriers and empower audiences to consider higher education and Federation University Australia in particular.

Expressions of interest for 2019 are now open.

Take a look below to find out about our student ambassador opportunities and express your interest in what we have on offer (you can sign up with all three teams if you wish - there is no limit)!

Please note: In order to do child-related work, a Working with Children Check will be required.
