International tuition fees
Continuing international students who are experiencing financial hardship can apply for a payment plan to pay their tuition fees in two instalments as follows:
Berwick, Gippsland and Mt Helen - Semester 1, 2022 (2205)
Instalment 1 - 24 March 2022
Instalment 2 - 23 April 2022
Brisbane, ATMC, IIBIT and MIT - Trimester / PP Semester 1, 2022 (2207)
Instalment 1 - 8 April 2022
Instalment 2 - 9 May 2022
Payment plan requests are only applicable for Semester 1, 2022 tuition fees. Outstanding tuition fees for prior semesters need to be paid in full before you are eligible for a payment plan.
Applications will close one week prior to the first instalment due date shown above. Payment plan requests after this date will not be processed. If you do not successfully apply for a payment plan your fees will be due on the semester census date.
The amount due for each instalment will appear on your my Student Centre invoice after your payment plan application is received and processed. Please allow 5 business days for processing.

TAFE tuition fees
All TAFE Payment Plans are administered in line with the Fees and Charges Statute 9.2.
All material fees associated with the enrolment must be paid in full prior to submitting the application for either payment plan.
The amount due for each instalment will appear on your my Student Centre Tax Invoice/Statement after your payment plan application is approved and processed. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
Tuition fees for any unit/subject added to your enrolment after your payment plan is processed will not be added. These additional fees will be due 14 days from the date of your new Tax Invoice/Statement
We currently offer two different TAFE Payment Plans depending on your circumstances:
2022 Payment plan
Students enrolling into a Certificate I-IV program who are unable to pay their fees in full by the invoice due date can apply for a TAFE Payment Plan for both their tuition and material fees.
Students enrolling in a Diploma or Advanced Diploma program can only apply for a TAFE Payment Plan for their material fee component.
Sponsored students are not eligible for a Payment Plan.
The TAFE Payment Plan duration is 16 weeks with 8 fortnightly instalments.
Applications should be received prior to the invoice due date and will be approved at the discretion of the University.
