TAFE Tuition Fees

All TAFE Payment Plans are administered in line with the Fees and Charges Statute 9.2.

All material fees associated with the enrolment must be paid in full prior to submitting the application for either payment plan.

The amount due for each instalment will appear on your my Student Centre Tax Invoice/Statement after your payment plan application is approved and processed. Please allow 10 business days for processing.

Tuition fees for any unit/subject added to your enrolment after your payment plan is processed will not be added. These additional fees will be due 14 days from the date of your new Tax Invoice/Statement

We currently offer two different TAFE Payment Plans depending on your circumstances:

2020 & 2021 TAFE Hardship Payment Plan

Continuing students who are experiencing financial hardship may be eligible for a TAFE Hardship Payment Plan to help them pay their 2020 and 2021 tuition fees. To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:

  • Continuing in the same program from 2020 to 2021
  • Paid all outstanding material fees
  • Have no tuition or material fee debt prior to 2020

The TAFE Hardship Payment Plan is 12 fortnightly instalments over 24 weeks. Your 2020 tuition fees will be split equally into the first 6 instalments, and 2021 tuition fees will be split equally into the last 6 instalments.

Applications will close on the 30 June 2021. Payment Plan requests after this date will not be processed.

The student entering into TAFE Hardship Payment Plan must have the capacity to pay their tuition fees within the term of the agreement. To check your current outstanding balance please log into your my Student Centre.

Whilst on a TAFE Hardship Payment Plan, students will be restricted from accessing grades, obtaining a transcript, graduating and future enrolment.

NOTE: 2021 material fees (if applicable) will be required to be paid separately to the payment plan, with a due date of 14 days from the 2021 invoiced date.
