International students
All tuition fee payments are due by the date specified on your invoice. You must pay your fees in full by the due date (semester census date).
A hold will be placed on your account preventing you from accessing grades, transcript and testamur. You will also be unable to enrol in any additional units until your overdue fees are paid in full.
Reminder emails and overdue notices will be sent to your student email account.
There are serious consequences if you do not pay your tuition fees by the due date. Non payment of overdue tuition fees may result in the cancellation of your enrolment.
We will advise you of the intention to cancel your enrolment due to non payment of fees. Cancellation means that your enrolment in a course is terminated and your place in the course is forfeited.
If your enrolment is cancelled due to non-payment of tuition fees, the University is also required to cancel a student's COE (Confirmation of Enrolment) and advise the Department of Home Affairs (DHA).
