Kaspersky Antivirus Error

If you have Kaspersky Antivirus installed on your device may receive an 'OnReady State' error when trying to access my Student Centre.

The error is due to the Kaspersky extension not being enabled within your browser.

To enable extension in both Firefox and Chrome use the steps below:

To enable the Kaspersky extension in Chrome

  1. Open a Chrome window.
  2. In the upper right corner, click the Customize and Control icon. Click the Chrome Customize and Control button
  3. Select More Tools > Extensions.Click More Tools then Extensions
  4. Locate the Kaspersky extension and check Enabled.Click Enabled for the Kaspersky Protection Extension

To enable the Kaspersky extension in Firefox

  1. Open a Firefox window.
  2. In the upper right corner, click the Open Menu (hamburger) icon. Click the Open menu (hamburger) icon
  3. Select Add-ons.Click Add-ons
  4. Select Extensions on the left.Click Extensions on the left
  5. Locate the Kaspersky extension and click the Enable button.Click the Kaspersky Protection Enable button

Once the Kaspersky extension has been enabled, you should be able to access my Student Centre.
