Digital documents - My eQuals

From 16 July 2018, Federation University Australia (FedUni) students and graduates will be able to securely view, download and share their official FedUni academic documents digitally, through the My eQuals portal. My eQuals is utilised by universities across Australia and New Zealand.

My eQuals

Instant, secure and environmentally-friendly, My eQuals protects your credentials, guaranteeing the integrity and authenticity of your digital documents.

What does this mean for me?

Digital records are available for current students, new graduates and some past students will have access to different digital records, in line with when they studied. Once obtained, these can then be shared via a secure link with anyone, including potential employers or other universities.

New graduates

As of July 2018, all new graduates will be awarded with both a hard and digital copy of their graduation documents. Your digital copies will be available via the My eQuals portal and can be shared with employers, education providers and other third parties.

  • You will receive an email to your personal email address when a document has been made available to you. This email will have information on how to register, login and access your documents.

Academic Transcripts

All Academic Transcripts processed after July 2018 will also be uploaded digitally to the My eQuals portal.  This allows Federation University Australia (FedUni) students and graduates to securely view, download and share their official FedUni academic documents digitally.  We have more detailed information about academic transcripts on our academic transcripts webpage.

When your documents have been uploaded you will receive an email from My eQuals giving you instructions to register and validate your personal access.  Please ensure you provide your current email address when completing the Academic Transcript Request Form.

Testamurs (Certificates)

If you graduated before 2010 unfortunately we are unable to provide digital copies of your documents, but you are able to request a hard copy via the link below.

If you graduated after 2010 but before July 2018 you can request a copy of your testamur (certificate) via the link below, which will be issued as both a hard and digital copy:

Please note, for students who graduated before July 2018 the digital testamur will be issued using the current testamur format and will be different in appearance to the original testamur issued.  The re-issued digital testamur will also include the words 'This is a replacement Testamur'.

When your documents have been uploaded you will receive an email from My eQuals giving you instructions to register and validate your personal access.  Please ensure you provide your current email address when completing the Academic Transcript Request Form.
