Funding and Finances
Federation University Australia actively encourages the establishment, operation, and sustainability of groups, providing both financial resources and support. Following is the necessary information to apply for funding, along with valuable resources to assist in budgeting for events.
Funding Request Form
Affiliate groups can apply for funding using the Student Group Funding Request form during the funding application window (November 23 - December 2, 2023 & June 12 - June 19, 2024). All applications will be reviewed by the Funding Committee within two weeks of the submission date. Following approval, you'll be notified of the total amount accessible to successfully execute the event.
Budget Template
Including a budget with both estimated and/or actual costs will significantly aid in your group's funding application. Access the budget template to support the financial sustainability of your group.
