Scheduling Services are responsible for allocating available resources for classes and casual bookings at the Federation University campuses.

2026
Timetables
The Semester 1 and Semester 2, 2026 final timetables have now been published. All timetable changes are now subject to Post Publication approval process.
Students will commence engagement via mySchedule:
*Semester 1 (2605): Preference entry opens 15/12/25 and closes 16/01/26
*Bachelor of Nursing & Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Midwifery 2nd, 3rd & 4th Year Students (including 1st Year Gippsland Mid Year continuing students) (2608): Allocate Adjustment mode opens 15/12/25 and closes 16/01/26
Scope: This includes 2026 Academic Terms: Late Summer (2602), Semester 1 (2605), Early Semester (2608) & Winter (2615)
Version: All change now subject to Post Publication approval process.
Focus: All outstanding staff allocations to honour established timetable.
Goal: Uphold consistent student experience of a reliable Timetable.
Timetable Post Publication Change Request
All 2026 Unit addition and cancellations now need to be requested via the ServiceNow Post-publication Timetable Change form (ServiceNow).
All activity changes for all Academic Terms: Late Summer (2602), Semester 1 (2605), Early Semester (2608), Winter (2615), Semester 2 (2620), Spring (2625) & Summer (2627) now need to be requested via the ServiceNow Post Publication form as the Final Timetable has been published.

Timetables

Connected Classrooms
Teaching staff wishing to use Connected Classrooms for their units are recommended to visit the Connected Classroom introduction resources.
If you are using a Connected Classroom as a general teaching space (no remote connections to students or other campuses) please review these operating instructions. It is essential that you have a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) to use with the Connected Classroom.
Timetable Data Collector - Staff Availability
2025 Timetable Data Collector is now closed for Higher Education teaching staff (all year).
Where no submission was lodged between 5 August – 23 August 2024, full teaching availability will be assumed when scheduling classes.
If you need to change your submitted 2025 unavailability, please complete a Staff availability form (doc,160kb) with the relevant approvals and forward to the Timetabling team.
2026 Timetable
The 2026 TAFE Full year timetable is now ready for data collection.
Scope: This includes 2026 Academic Terms: Term 1, Term 2, Term 3 & Term 4, 2026.
Goal: Uphold consistent student experience of a reliable Timetable.

2026 Tafe timetable Data collection period is 1 Sep - 30 Sep (deadline is Tue 30 Sept 2025 at 5:00PM).
