Our staff provide high quality education and care to all our children, with numerous years of experience and service, providing continuity and security for your child. Educators are trained in anaphylaxis, asthma, first aid and CPR.

- Sally commenced with Federation Children's Centres in 2001, and is currently the Federation Children's Centres Coordinator, based at the SMB Centre.

- After working for Federation University in a casual educator position Jo joined the Mt Helen centre as Centre Coordinator in March 2024
Lea McPhee, Federation Children's Centres Deputy Coordinator, SMB

- Lea commenced with Federation Children’s Centres in 2007 and is currently the Deputy Coordinator and a Lead educator at our SMB centre.

- Jodie commenced as Coordinator in 2003 at Pooh Corner Childcare Centre Gippsland which is now Federation Children's Centre at Churchill.

- Lynne joined Federation Children's Centres in 2006, and currently provides administration and accounts assistance.
