The students and staff requiring documents signed at the Mt Helen Campus can see our Campus Nurse, Carol Quinn or Fr Rupert Bowd. Just pop in to Student  Wellbeing and Support, ground floor T building, and speak with Denise or phone her on 5327 9875 to organise a time.

Statutory Declarations can also be witnessed or signed by the following authorised people within the community:

  • Justice of the Peace
  • Principal of a registered school
  • Lawyer
  • Medical practitioner
  • Dentist
  • Pharmacist
  • Veterinarian
  • Accountant
  • Minister of religion authorised to celebrate marriages
  • A Justice of the Peace or a Bail Justice
  • Bank manager
  • Police officer
  • Registered nurse

Gippsland Campus

The students and staff requiring document signing at the Gippsland Campus can see Rev Bec Hayman at the Student Connect Building 3N or by appointment by calling Gaye on 5122 6343.
