Our University services remain open and available during the COVID-19 outbreak, but have transitioned to phone and online. All appointments with our staff will continue as usual, however will be held by phone.

• Gippsland Campus, Student Connect Building 3N 102.
• Mt Helen Campus, Health and Wellbeing Centre, Building T North (opposite Student HQ).
• SMB Campus, Student  HQ, Building D

Please note: there may be delays answering emails; Wimmera, Gippsland and Berwick appointments are by phone or Teams; where possible appointments for Ballarat based students can be made on campus, please advise which campus you study from (Camp Street, Gillies Street, Mt Helen or SMB).

Students studying at partner provider campuses should contact student supports on their campus for financial assistance.
