Along with my passion and interest in music, working in Universal Music Group is the most fulfilling and financially rewarding career. With the company training and getting the experiences in different departments & markets, this arms me to be a good professional manager in terms of being well organised, excellent with people and have a good understanding of the music industry. However, dealing with a range of different characters and organisations with their own pressures can be challenging. In order to cope well under pressure, best to keep calm, see the strategic picture and put out the fires that other people start.
