Alumni Mentoring

At Federation we believe in building meaningful connections. Through mentoring, we connect alumni with current students to provide support as they progress through their studies and transition into graduate employment. Volunteer mentors bring unique professional skills and experiences from a wide range of industries, and their contributions make a significant impact.

We are looking for alumni who:

• have the time and interest to commit to developing a meaningful mentoring relationship over a six-month period.
• are willing and able to share their industry knowledge and professional skills.
• possess good listening and communication skills.
• enjoy helping others.

Mentoring relationships can occur in person or virtually, allowing mentors to participate from any location as long as they have the time and technology capabilities to meet with students virtually. This is an unpaid, volunteer opportunity.
