How to accept your offer

  1. Download the 'Accepting Your Offer' pack for information and other arrangements to consider.
  2. Refer to the 'Conditions of the offer' section on your 'Student Offer and Acceptance Agreement' to make sure you have met all the conditions of your offer (if any). You must meet all conditions on your offer before you can accept it.
  3. To meet the conditions on your Offer, please email the required documents to internationaladmissions@federation.edu.au
  4. Complete the 'International Student Offer and Acceptance Agreement', including signing section 9 (the Offer and Acceptance Authorisation).
  5. Return all pages of the completed 'Student Offer and Acceptance Agreement' to the International Admissions office by:

Payment of fees

If you are required to undergo pre-visa screening, your payment must be made immediately after you receive approval.

There are three options to pay your fees due in advance:

Credit card

Our preferred payment method for students paying tuition and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) fees from overseas is with secured online payment.

Pay via Visa or MasterCard

Please send a copy of the payment confirmation by email to internationaladmissions@federation.edu.au

Telegraphic transfer

Our preferred payment method for students paying tuition and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) fees from overseas is with secured online payment.

Pay via Telegraphic Transfer

Please send a copy of the payment confirmation by email to internationaladmissions@federation.edu.au

Bank draft

Send a bank draft payment to Federation University Australia for tuition and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) fees due in advance by the due date stated in your International Student Offer and Acceptance Agreement.

Confirmation of Enrolment

Your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) letter will be issued when you have met all conditions on your International Student Offer and Acceptance Agreement, and Federation University Australia confirms your payment has been received. You will need the CoE when applying to the Australian diplomatic post for a student visa.
