Airport pick up

Federation University offers free airport pick up services to new commencing international students arriving in Australia.

Please note: Federation University will be closed from Saturday 23 December to Monday 1 January inclusive. We will not be able to offer the Airport pick up service during this time.

Students who are arriving Tuesday 2 January to Sunday 7 January inclusive must have their Airport pickup request in no later than Monday 18 December.

This service is currently only available to students studying at the Mt. Helen (Ballarat), Berwick and Gippsland campuses.

Applications must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to your departure flight. If you already submitted an application form and any of the details provided have changed, please email airportservice@federation.edu.au and advise of the changes. Do not submit a new form.

If you require transportation to one of Federation University's Student Residences (FedLiving), please ensure that your accommodation booking has been confirmed prior to submitting this airport pick up request form. If you will be arriving at FedLiving if outside of normal business hours, please ensure that you have made alternative arrangements for the collection of keys for late check in.

If you require transportation to a hotel/motel or accommodation where you require keys (i.e. Airbnb or apartment), please ensure you have made the required arrangements for the collection of these keys prior to your arrival, particularly if you are arriving outside of normal business hours.
