University to host education breakfast

Federation University Australia’s Faculty of Education and Arts will host a free ConnectEd breakfast for prospective teachers at Prospects Restaurant, SMB Campus, on Thursday, 3 August. 

Commencing at 7.00 am and concluding at 8.00 am, the breakfast is the first event in an innovative networking forum for local education professionals.

Presenters will include Associate Professor Robyn Brandenburg, Dr Sharon McDonough and Dr Jenene Burke, exploring their current education research and contemporary education themes relevant to local secondary schools.

“Federation University Australia is a leading provider of high quality teaching graduates throughout Victoria and beyond,” Professor John McDonald, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Education and Arts, said.  

“The ConnectEd breakfast will be a great opportunity to learn much more about the many exciting opportunities available in teacher education.”
