With a highly consultative and inclusive approach, Sahar has a track record of redefining complex IT processes and driving large transformation projects in the context of the ITIL framework.

Sahar's career journey began with end-user IT support in tertiary education, quickly growing to encompass training and coaching. This is where Sahar first experienced the deep satisfaction of empowering educators with the knowledge, skills and tools they needed to meaningfully integrate digital technologies into their classrooms.
