Supervision interests

I am interested in supervising projects directly related to my area of interest which is the relationship between age and the labour market, specifically individual orientations to work and retirement, employer attitudes and practices regarding older workers and public policy concerning the prolongation of workers' lives.

Consulting and other activities

I have undertaken consultancies for a range of bodies including the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), and National Seniors Australia.
