Funding forms

External research funding grant forms

Updated June 2024

As an interim step to streamline and simplify the process for notification of pending grant funding applications the Funding Expression of Interest (FEOI) form will no longer require Executive Dean or Centre Director sign-off.  This form now includes a revised certification statement to be completed by the Lead FedUni investigator.

Further changes include the removal of the ‘Grant-EOI ARC NHMRC form’.  Researchers intending to apply for ARC or NHMRC schemes will now be required to complete and submit the ‘standard’ revised FEOI form.

Research Funding Team will continue to develop a further streamlined and automated form which we anticipate will be released in the near future.

Researchers must download forms from the Research Funding web page each time they are required, to ensure the current version is used.

Version 10 June 2024 update:

  • Removal of Executive Dean and Centre Director signature blocks
  • Revision of Investigator certification, including confirmation that the project has been discussed and approved by the Exec Dean/Centre Director
