Journal of Australian Indigenous Issues

The Journal of Australian Indigenous Issues is a peer-reviewed academic journal publishing articles in all fields of Australian Indigenous Studies. We invite submission of manuscripts for the double-blind refereed articles section and for the commentaries section. Please submit manuscripts to a.gunstone@federation.edu.au.

The journal was established 1998 by Foundation Editor Professor Andrew Gunstone. In 2023, Professor Dennis Foley became Co-Editor. It is published twice yearly by the National Centre for Reconciliation, Truth, and Justice. The views expressed by contributors do not necessarily reflect the views of the Editors, Editorial Board or Publisher.
