Survey prize draw terms and conditions of entry

Student Evaluation of Learning and Teaching (SELT) surveys

Method of entry: Entry is open to respondents of SELT Surveys for which prizes are on offer. Not all terms will have prizes available. Students are provided with a link to the survey via their university email address.

Duration of entry period: The prize draw is open from the survey launch date to the closing date. Surveys are typically launched in week 9 of semester and runs for 5 weeks. In cases where prizes are announced after the survey launch, all respondents will automatically be entered into the draw.

Date and method of the draw: The draw will be conducted within one fortnight of the survey closing date. The winners will be identified through a random computer-generated draw.

Publication of winner names: Winners will be notified by telephone or in writing via email. The names of all winners will be published online via the Federation Current Students Facebook page. Names can be withheld upon request.

Prizes: Details about specific prizes on offer will be announced during each SELT campaign and would typically involve three $100 gift cards.

Unclaimed prizes: If any prizes are unclaimed for a period of two months after the draw, the prize will be reallocated into future prize draws.
