Research interests

Eric’s research explores the intersection of technology and law, with a particular focus on blockchain, identity theft, and cybercrime. His scholarly contributions include both solo and collaborative journal publications, alongside a range of peer-reviewed outputs (see below).

Biography

Eric is a committed and student-focused educator, recognised for excellence in teaching through awards at both the school level (Most Outstanding Teacher, 2011) and university level (Vice-Chancellor's Citation, 2010). He plays an active role in university governance and academic leadership, having served in positions such as Chair of University Appeals, Academic Integrity Officer, School Learning and Teaching Coordinator, and Discipline Leader. Through his teaching, research, and service, Eric contributes meaningfully to the academic community and broader society.
