The university has a form for everything - we've collated some of the most popular ones in one place, along with some letter/appeal templates we've developed for common concerns.
Forms
Institute Appeal Form - use this for Review of Grades, Credit appeals, Exclusion/suspension appeals
Appeals Committee Form - use this to appeal an outcome made by the Institute (including special consideration)
Special Consideration Forms - Select either TAFE or Higher Education and click on the "Forms" tab

Exclusion/Suspension/restricted program appeal
Administrative Appeal template - Use this to apply for a review of a decision that is not covered by either the Institute of the Appeals Committee. Examples include Remission of Debt, Campus Transfer
