Short biography

Fatemeh Javidan is a lecturer in Structural Engineering at Federation University, Australia. Prior to that, she was a Research Fellow at the Department of Civil Engineering and the ARC Nanocomm Hub, Monash University. Fatemeh studied Bachelor of Civil Engineering graduating in 2008 followed by Master of Structural Engineering graduating in 2012. She completed her PhD of Structural Engineering at Monash University in 2017. Throughout her research career, she has conducted projects in collaboration with industrial partners such as SSAB steel company, BAO Engineering, etc.
