Biography
I completed my PhD from the University of Melbourne in 2018 after which I was a Research Fellow in the discipline of mathematics at Federation University, Australia. Prior to joining Federation University again in 2025, I was a Research Scientist at Commonwealth Scientific Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) in the Climate Intelligence Division. My research interest is in mathematical and statistical analysis and modelling of the meteorological and climatological aspects of atmospheric science. These include areas such as climate science, climate variability, tropical meteorology (including tropical cyclones), cloud microphysics and precipitation, and satellite and radar remote sensing over the Australia-Pacific region.
