A Wall Street Journal bestseller will be in Ballarat next week to deliver a speech on how Artificial Intelligence will impact the workforce of the future – and what changes must be made to ensure leadership can leverage this powerful technology.

Former Google, Yahoo and Facebook executive, and the founder and CEO of Rising Team, Jennifer Dulski is the guest speaker at the Menzies Oration – an annual event delivered by The Menzies Foundation – which will be hosted by Federation University Australia for the second consecutive year.

In the interactive and livestreamed event titled Leadership for an AI enabled future, Dulski will delve into the essential qualities and strategies necessary for effective leadership in an AI-driven world. The speech will explore the dynamic intersection of leadership and artificial intelligence, and detail how with AI rapidly transforming the business landscape, it has become crucial for leaders to harness its potential while nurturing the talent within their organisations.

The Menzies Oration is free to the public and will take place at the IBM Emerging Technologies Hub at Federation’s SMB Campus on Thursday, August 17 from 6:00pm.
