Replacement testamurs

To obtain a replacement testamur you must complete the:

If your original testamur has been lost or stolen you will need to provide a statutory declaration (pdf, 84kb) with your application. The cost for a replacement testamur can be paid by cheque, money order, Visa or MasterCard. Payment must accompany the application form. Please see here for information about current fees and charges.

Please note: The replacement testamur will have the words, "This is a replacement testamur" in the body of the text.

Due to policy requirements, we must verify your information by accessing archived files and other relevant information. A replacement testamur may therefore take up to eight weeks to produce.
