Psychology research

Federation Psychology brings together specialist researchers who are advancing our understanding of human behaviour and improving well-being in our communities and beyond. Our graduate and post-doctoral research opportunities support the development of skills across a broad range of research areas and contexts, from case studies to randomised controlled trials, spanning the laboratory to clinical practice.

We maintain the highest level of research integrity and strive to ensure that our research has regional, national, and international impact. Our translational work continues to shape and inform professional and clinical practice in a variety of community, clinical, and educational contexts.

In collaboration with multi-disciplinary, multi-national researchers, industry, government and community partners, we conduct research in three integrated areas of human experience: the Digital World, the Social World, and the Inner World.
