Changing exam location
I want to:
1. Respondus eExams on campus
If your exam timetable says 'Respondus eExam (Lockdown Browser and Monitor)', you will need a compatible device with a webcam to complete your Respondus eExam at home - but on-campus support is also available for any of the following reasons:
- your personal technology (ie. incompatible device or no webcam)
- insufficient internet access
- access to a suitable space to complete the exam
Respondus enabled workspaces can now be booked with the Library at each of our campuses.

2. Paper-based Theory Exams
The ability to change your invigilated exam venue for theory exams depends on your enrolment for each semester.
As we prepare the timetable for the exam period, students with ODL enrolments living more than 150km from a campus may be contacted regarding exam location.
Some changes to sitting location may incur a fee, and these are detailed on the Change of Exam Location form.
Exam period timetables are published 4 weeks prior to exam periods, and once published there is there is a 2 week window for requesting a change of location.
