Our team
The Client Services teams support the core activities of the University through a range of self-service and personal service structures. The Library Frontline Services team delivers the InfoPoint service to all Federation students, staff and researchers, both in person and online. The Research and Learning Services team provides programs and resources to enable students as learners, as well as supporting academic and research staff with their core teaching and research activities. The Library website underpins and supports all library clients in their activities, providing point-of-need access to resources, library collections and services whenever and wherever they are located.

The Engagement and Space Planning team provides leadership and expertise in engaging with the University and wider community and in the development and delivery of equitable library spaces. We are responsible for coordinating the library’s communication channels, including the library website and social media. As custodians of the University’s Cultural Collections, including the Art, Historical and Regional collections, we provide a high level of collection management expertise to ensure the long-term preservation and research potential of cultural collections. We make our cultural collections accessible through our collection reading rooms, the Post Office Gallery, the online environment and public programs.
