We’re on a journey to become Australia’s first Co-op university.

What makes the Federation Co-operative Model different?

Federation Co-op is more than just an extension of traditional workplace learning and apprenticeships.

It involves working with employers and industry to ensure our courses meet industry needs through:

  • co-design – co-operating with industry to design our courses
  • co-development – implementing the course design in co-operation with industry
  • co-delivery – delivering courses in co-operation with industry in a variety of modes and locations

We are launching new Co-op degrees in 2024 and have committed to embed Co-op across our suite of Federation University and TAFE courses, with delivery commencing in 2026.

How can we work together?

Employers can engage with our students, academic programs and graduates in many ways.
