Accessibility

We endeavour to ensure that all students have equity of access to all Library resources.

Services

If you are seeking library assistance, first contact the Disability Liaison Officer at your home campus.

Library staff can help you by:

  • collecting books from the shelves
  • making arrangements with you to nominate a person to collect and return resources on your behalf
  • assisting you in using the Library catalogue, electronic databases and other services
  • helping you to photocopy, with prior arrangement and the cost of photocopying being borne by you, using your own photocopy account
  • posting material to home-bound students. If you are a student referred to the Library via the Campus Disability Liaison Officer, you may request material to be posted to your home address. Return postage will be arranged by the student.

Document Delivery Services

Library materials in formats suitable for people with disabilities (e.g. audiobooks) can be identified through Libraries Australia and requested through Document Delivery Services.
