The pop-up InfoPoints at Berwick, Gippsland and Mt Helen campuses have now closed. The one-stop InfoPoint Service is still available within all campus libraries and via our virtual enquiries services (phone 1300 552 567; online chat or email at https://libanswers.federation.edu.au/).

While open, the pop-up staff responded to 2376 questions, resolved 83% on the spot and received a 5/5 star rating for the quality of their service. Congratulations and thanks to all staff involved for their contribution to students' transition to studying with us.
