Grants for Open Education textbooks and supplementary resource creation

Posted: Friday 11 April 2025

Federation Library is seeking EOIs from academic authors to publish new open textbooks with us or adopt an existing title, with the added incentive of CAUL funding grant possibility if you act swiftly.

The CAUL Open Educational Resources Collective grants support academic authors to create and adopt Open Educational textbooks, and are between $2,000 and $10,000. The largest is to encourage cross-institutional Collaboration, and smaller grants for Creation and Adoption, along with a 'Tell us what you need' category.

Grant applications must be to us by 17 April 2025; Collaboration grants by 23 May.
