Library news

If you have been in the Library recently, you may have noticed that there are less books on the shelves. 

To create more student spaces and make our collections more relevant, we have been evaluating our collection, moving books which are not regularly used to our Ballarat Off Site Store, and discarding books which are no longer of use or surplus to needs. Items that have been moved into the Ballarat Off Site Store can still be requested in the same way as items at other campus libraries. 

The University has a Digital First Approach, and the Library now offers most of our books and journals via the web. This means you can access over 400,000 eBooks and more than 75,000 eJournals via www.federation.edu.au/library anywhere and anytime.
