myFinance

myFinance incorporates the following modules: eProcurement / Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Billing and Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, General Ledger, and Cash Management.

Apply for access to myFinance

  1. Complete the pre-requisite online training program Introduction to myFinance on Moodle. Send us an email to get started.
  2. Download and complete the Finance Systems Access/Amendment Form (pdf, 353kb).
  3. Submit your form by logging a support request via the Service Desk Portal A Finance staff member will contact you to arrange the appropriate training.

Want to update your existing myFinance access?

If you have commenced in a new position, or you have changed your name, please let us know:

  1. Download the Finance Systems Access/Amendment Form (pdf, 353kb) and complete the relevant sections to be amended/updated.
  2. Submit your form by logging a support request via the Service Desk Portal

PowerBudget

PowerBudget is a multifunctional budgeting, analysis and reporting tool providing real time, instant information to all users. Reporting is available across financial data (current year and previous five years, updated daily) and higher education student data (updated weekly).

Apply for access to PowerBudget

  1. Download and complete the Finance Systems Access/Amendment Form (pdf, 353kb) You'll only need to complete:
    1. PowerBudget Roles Requirements,
    2. Section B: Declaration, and
    3. Section C: Authorisation, all on page 2 of the form.
  2. Submit your form by logging a support request via the Service Desk Portal. A Finance staff member will contact you to arrange installation of PowerBudget and organise some one-on-one training.
