- Live in the Gippsland region with preference given to applicants who live within the Wellington Shire Council
- Recipient will be offered between two to four weeks of paid employment with the Wellington Shire Council during summer vacation periods, with a potential direct pathway into employment with the Wellington Shire Council once graduated.
