About Dr Wai-man Woo
Dr Wai-man Woo is a well-established business person and leader in Hong Kong with extensive connections in mainland China. He has been a long-term friend of the University, which was formally recognised through being awarded an Honorary Doctorate, a Fellow of the University and an Honorary Ambassador.
For more than a decade, Mr Woo has assisted the University with its various operations in Hong Kong. He helped form the University’s Alumni Chapter in Hong Kong.
In 2010 the Federation University Australia Foundation was launched with a $200,000 donation from one of the University's long-time supporters, Dr Wai-Man Woo.
