The world of work is evolving and the demand for education and training is changing.

The TAFE Sustainability Project is a plan to transform Federation TAFE to address these changes and ensure we are delivering innovative products that best fit learner demand and job skills of the future.

As the leading TAFE provider for Ballarat and western Victoria, we have a vital role to play in helping tackle local skills shortage and driving jobs and economic growth in our regions.

We need to deliver skills and training for the jobs that are in demand now and into the future while giving our learners the skills they need to a get a good job and build a better life.

To do that, we’ve reviewed our TAFE courses to ensure they are viable, sustainable courses that are aligned with our strategic vision and provide critical pathways to both TAFE and higher education.

These changes will ensure Federation TAFE is strong, sustainable, and set up to support economic growth and jobs in our regions.
