Course approval process
- Refer to the VET Program Approval and Maintenance Procedure for information and forms when developing vocational education and training (VET) courses and units.
- Refer to the Approval and Maintenance of Higher Education Courses Procedure for information when developing higher education (HE) courses, units and short courses.
- Refer to the Terms of Reference for the Academic Course Portfolio Committee (ACPC) which is responsible for the business decisions relating to the higher education course portfolio.

Course reviews
The Academic Board maintains oversight of the University's academic courses including five-yearly reviews of higher education courses, conducted in accordance with the Higher Education Course Quality Assurance and Review Procedure.
