What is a KickStart Bursary?

Applying for FedUni Bursaries and Grants just got a whole lot easier.

One application for access to all Bursaries and Grants a student may be eligible for.

All FedUni Equity Bursaries now come under one name: KickStart Bursaries

KickStart Bursaries are:

  • awarded to students to help with everyday education and living expenses, so that students can access and focus on their studies.
  • designed to help students from rural and remote areas and students whose access to university studies may be affected by disability, financial hardship or other personal issues.
  • open to Indigenous students from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background and non-Indigenous students.

What KickStart bursaries are available:

  1. KickStart FedUni Bursary
  2. KickStart Ed/Arts Bursary
  3. KickStart Indigenous Students Bursary (including Commonwealth Access and Dr Mary Atkinson)
