The Gippsland Education Precinct was a partnership of the major providers of education, training and employment for young people in the Gippsland region. The Gippsland Education Precinct was established in 2004 in a purpose built facility located on the Gippsland Campus.
When the Gippsland Education Precinct elected for voluntary cancellation of its Incorporation in 2014, these bursaries were established from residual funds available and are intended to assist students to continue their education and career development.
Federation University Australia Gippsland Campus, Federation Training, Kurnai College and Apprenticeships Group Australia are committed to providing a wide range of education and training opportunities. As former members of the Gippsland Education Precinct they recognise that it is important to provide links between school, trade and technical training and university education.
The Gippsland Education Precinct Bursaries are open to first year students enrolled in undergraduate studies at the Gippsland Campus.
