By enhancing our employee experience, powered by Workday, we will have a single, integrated system for the way we manage our people and finances. Eliminating the need for multiple systems and reducing the time and effort required to complete certain tasks, allows more time to support our people and focus on those activities central to reaching our strategic ambitions. This reflects our unwavering commitment to putting our people first, while reinforcing our shift to a digital-first approach.

We are currently working behind the scenes to configure Workday to meet our needs, by simplifying processes, embedding workflows, migrating data, and activating some functionality new to Federation.
