Growing up in Wangaratta in rural Victoria, Fergus developed a taste for the arts at a young age, especially music theatre. Fergus excelled in VCE Theatre Studies and Drama, going on to perform at a state level for both subjects in VCAA’s Top Class in 2022 and 2023. Fergus went on to be selected for Top Acts in 2023 for his self-devised Drama Solo, ‘The Emcee’. Since then, he has honed his craft in Federation University productions, including The Beau Defeated (Younger Clerimont), Little Women: The Broadway Musical (John Brooke) and Orlando by Virginia Woolf (Queen Elizabeth I).
